Infographic: 8 things to remember when preparing for a b2b tradeshow

By Kine Bjoralt,
Marketing & Communications Executive at Ingredient Communications

Hi there,

Can you believe we are in October already? I don’t mean to stress you but it is officially 10 weeks until Christmas and just 7 weeks until Food Ingredients Europe 2015 in Paris will kick off with over 1,400 ingredients suppliers in food, beverage and supplements from across the globe.

I can’t wait to go. I love the energy and fast paced environment at the shows and it’s great to see all the planning that takes place before the show come to life. It tends to get so busy at the stands that I almost forget to eat (oops is it 2pm already!?). At the show itself the Ingredient Communications team will support our wonderful clients and make sure all the interviews we set up with the key trade press go smoothly. If we are lucky we might also have time to sample some new fascinating ingredients too (not sure it will beat last year’s cockroaches and crickets at the HiE but you never know).

As I was making our check-lists and making sure we have everything in place for this FiE 2015 I thought this might be a great topic for a blog post so I made a list of 8 key things to remember when planning for a b2b tradeshow such as the upcoming FiE. Since written lists can be a bit boring (if you have read this far instead of skipping to the infographic then well done you!) so I sat down with our infographic software and cooked up this visual check list that you can see below.

Good luck with the FiE planning. We look forward to seeing you there!

Best wishes,
Kine Bjoralt
